In Brahmavitta we have developed a unique system to obtain our noni juice. When the fruit has the optimum maturity is subjected to a careful microfiltration process that separates the juice from any impurity that could carry the fruit. In this way, the resulting liquid retains all the nutrients of the fruit in its natural state, but without microorganisms, fungi or spores that could affect the conservation of the product or your health.
As we do not pasteurize it, our Nonishots maintain levels of vitamins, minerals and polyphenols similar to the raw fruit.
